My Mind My Body Challenge

My name is Olubunmi Banwo.

My mission is to empower women to take control of their health and fitness by following a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle that not only gives them the body they’ve always wanted, but enables them to live a long, vital, disease-free life.

Over the years I have come to realise none of the above is the real issue. They are just symptoms of something deeper.  

You see, I believe that God’s desire for women is to be bold, courageous, confident, respected, admired and loved.  

But how can you be strong, bold, courageous, confident, respected, admired and loved if you don’t know who you are and the powers vested in you?  

I believe that women are creative, sensitive, compassionate, nurturers, intelligent and talented but we allow self-pity, self- hatred and self-doubt stop us from being who God has called us to be.

 My Mind My Body program will help you discover the truth that will set you free by helping you. 

  1. Understand the root of why you are struggling.        
  2. Make the connection between your mind, your body and your environment.
  3. Break down strong negative mindsets and replace it with a Godly mindset so that you can make the necessary changes you need when dealing with your health.

At the end of this 4 week program,        

  • The feeling of hopelessness of weight loss will be gone.
  • You would have gained knowledge on who you are and what it means to care for your body soul and mind.
  • You should have found the inspiration to move forward in your weight loss journey.
  • You should have lost at least 1 dress size.
